How many other cleaning operators can boast a similar commitment? Not many! There is a reason for this, some carpet cleaners use inferior methods and equipment and can therefore not guarantee their work like we do. These people normally price themselves at the lower end of the market and are usually but not always the people who give you the cheapest quotation. These people are known in the industry as "splash n dash" merchants and usually are cheap because that is all they can "get away with".

Before you chose your carpet cleaner you need to ask :

1. Are they a member of any professional organisations?
   AquaMagic are! We are members of the NCCA, TMCCA, SCSF & the Rotherham Chamber of Commerce.
   
2. Do they have liability insurance& treatments risk cover should they cause any damage while they are carrying out the work?, can they show proof?
   AquaMagic have! We are fully insured up to the value of £2,000,000
   
3. Do they charge extra for carrying out the work on a weekend, evening or bank holiday?
   AquaMagic do! We charge the same no matter when we perform the work.
   
4. Can they guarantee that the price you pay will be the price you were quoted?
   AquaMagic Can! We agree a price on a specially designed pre-requisite from before the work starts and in the unlikely event that we miss something in the the initial survey we agree a price before any additional work is performed.
   
5. Can they offer help and advice after the work is done?
   AquaMagic Can! We will gladly offer advice and best of all its free!
